Customer Account Specialist

About the role

Analog Devices (ADI), a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Customer Account Specialist in Higashi Shinbashi, Tokyo. The role supports the sales team by managing customer accounts, orders and demand, and contributes to revenue growth through demand forecasting, pricing and process improvements. It is open only to candidates who already hold a valid working visa for Japan, as the company does not provide visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of service.
• Capture and maintain customer demand in the system, and manage order entry and updates carefully.
• Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps.
• Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Take part in demand forecasting, pricing strategies and operational process improvements to contribute to revenue growth.
• Join business reviews with internal and external stakeholders and give data-driven analysis to the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid working visa for Japan; no visa sponsorship offered.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience, JLPT N1 or equivalent Japanese, and TOEIC 860 or equivalent English.

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Order entry and demand tracking.
