職務概要
Boschの二輪・パワースポーツ事業部で、日系顧客（主にYAMAHA）向けにパワートレイン・セーフティー・電動製品のプロジェクトを統括します。顧客との窓口として全体の進行管理や予算管理を担当し、グローバルな拠点と連携しながら製品開発を推進します。
主な業務内容
- パワートレイン・セーフティー・電動化プロジェクトの全体管理
- 顧客とのインターフェース業務および要件定義
- 工場側との立ち上げ・ローンチ管理
- 社内外のプロジェクト会議設定・運営
- プロジェクト予算策定とコストコントロール
求める人物像
- 高い目標意識とチームワークを重視できる方
- 日本語と英語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方
- 二輪車やパワースポーツへの情熱を持つ方
必須スキル
- Boschプロセスに関する知識
- 営業またはプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験
- 日系メーカー（JOEM）とのプロジェクト経験
