職務概要
ボッシュの二輪・パワースポーツ事業部で、日系顧客向けの電動化プロジェクトを統括するマネージャーを募集します。顧客との窓口としてプロジェクト全体をリードし、工場との連携や予算管理を担当します。
主な業務内容
- 電動化プロジェクトの全体管理と顧客対応
- 新規受注案件の立ち上げと工場側との調整
- 社内外のプロジェクト会議設定・運営
- 予算策定・コストコントロール
求める人物像
- 高い目標意識とチームワークを重視できる方
- 日系メーカーとのプロジェクト経験を有する方
必須スキル
- ボッシュプロセスに関する知識
- 日本語・英語のビジネスレベルの語学力
- プロジェクトマネジメントまたは営業経験
