Field Marketing Manager – Japan

About the role

As the founding Field Marketer for Japan, you will be the primary growth engine, translating global strategy into localized, high‑impact programs for the region’s largest enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a data‑driven regional playbook focused on enterprise accounts.
• Own regional pipeline targets, deploying high‑touch events, executive roundtables, thought‑leadership roadshows, tradeshows and account‑based activations.
• Innovate memorable experiences across in‑person, virtual and next‑gen formats, breaking the standard playbook.
• Partner with corporate marketing to ensure sharp, consistent messaging.
• Act as strategic marketing partner to regional sales teams, leading planning calls and providing account‑level insights.
• Orchestrate events end‑to‑end, managing ideation, promotion, vendor coordination and follow‑up.
• Track spend against pipeline generated, managing the regional budget for high‑impact investments.
• Provide real‑time feedback to corporate marketing on messaging resonance and competitive shifts.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of field or revenue marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to sell to senior technical buyers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering and CISOs.
• Revenue‑focused mindset, comfortable being held to pipeline and ARR targets.
• Self‑starter who can build programs from scratch and continuously optimize them based on data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in both English and Japanese.
