Marketing Communications Lead

About the role

The Marketing Communications Lead will shape messaging, strategy and tactics to support product and portfolio growth. This role works in a hybrid environment, collaborating across functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess competitive insights and adjust messaging, strategy and tactics accordingly.
• Develop persuasive, benefit‑driven messaging for different customer groups.
• Contribute to strategic documents such as the strategic plan, annual marketing plan and product launch plans, and lead execution of marketing communication elements.
• Create and implement marketing communication strategies to strengthen customer‑product relationships.
• Link customer acquisition and retention strategies to business objectives and support the sales team.
• Articulate communication outcomes to the MarCom team and make channel decisions based on ROI.
• Write, edit and produce publishing materials, scripts and other media following AP style guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal audiences and support internal communication material development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Experience navigating complex inter‑divisional procedures and policies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
