About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its Sapporo Kitahiroshima store. The Key Holder drives the business through leadership, ensures a differentiated customer experience and leads a team of associates so that operational tasks, opening and closing routines and customer service run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop associates
• Deliver excellent customer experience and communication
• Supervise store presentation and sales floor operations
• Protect assets
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Assertiveness, work ethic and attention to detail
• Analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to multitask and tolerate stress
