HR Generalist

About the role

Rockwell Automation's Japan HR team is hiring an HR Generalist to report to the HR Lead Japan. The role covers a wide range of HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, labor relations, recruitment, training and policy administration, supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run recruitment activities: job postings, candidate communication and interview coordination
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer and improve HR policies and procedures
• Support payroll preparation and social insurance tasks
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Develop and run employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain and analyze HR data and prepare reports

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and social insurance systems
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• High ethical standards and confidentiality
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with global teams
• Proactive, with a strong drive to exceed expectations and grow as an HR professional
