職務概要
株式会社サーキュラーペット（循環経済を推進するPETボトルのリサイクル事業体）で、販売・調達・経営企画本部長の指示のもと、管理部長（部下2名）として経営管理業務をお任せします。2024年春に工場稼働予定の会社です。
主な業務内容
- 管理部の予算策定および予実管理
- 管理部メンバーのマネジメント
- 社員の育成計画の実施（公的資格含む）
- 採用業務
- 総務業務（法令対応業務含む）
- 外部委託業務（SSC）に関する管理
- 社員の衛生管理
求める人物像
- 管理職としての部下のマネジメント経験（3年以上）
- 普通自動車運転免許、第一種衛生管理者
- 望ましい：判断力、責任感、コスト感覚、コミュニケーション能力、総務業務の経験、簿記2級
