Internship in Two-Wheeler & Powersports Marketing & Business Communication

About the role

Join Bosch Japan for a six‑month internship in the Two‑Wheeler & Powersports Marketing and Business Communication team. You will support global and regional events, internal communications, creative production, market intelligence, and team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, logistics and execution of global and regional events such as customer events, press events, trade shows and internal gatherings.
• Create and distribute internal communication content across digital channels, including intranet articles, blog posts and executive video letters.
• Act as the primary liaison with creative agencies and vendors to oversee production of product videos, graphics, event branding materials and promotional merchandise.
• Monitor marketing initiatives and cross‑industry communication trends to provide actionable benchmarks and creative insights.
• Organise regular team meetings and assist the global marketing communications team with annual process implementation.

Required profile

• Communicative, proactive, tenacious and reliable team player.
• Fluent in English; German preferred; intermediate Japanese a plus.
• Currently enrolled at a university for the entire internship period.
• Willing to live and work in a different culture for 6‑12 months.

Required skills

• Media creation skills such as movie editing, photograph shooting and article writing.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly net allowance of 200,000 JPY.
