Associate / AVP, Retail & Digital Marketing

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate / AVP to lead retail and digital marketing initiatives, creating compelling product messages for clients and investors across Japan and global offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing materials and digital promotions aligned with Invesco’s brand and product strategies.
• Lead advertisement creation and thought‑leadership content in collaboration with sales, product, and strategist teams.
• Plan, execute and manage owned‑media initiatives to deepen client engagement and measure effectiveness.
• Organise promotional events and seminars, track their success, and work closely with sales and product teams to provide holistic client services.
• Manage project timelines, resources and budgets effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the financial industry.
• University degree or higher.
• Type I Securities Sales Representative License (or ability to obtain after joining).
• Business‑level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Data mining using Bloomberg.
• Experience managing social‑media (SNS) accounts (preferred).
