職務概要

Eli Lillyのサマーインターンシップでは、将来ジェネラルマネジメントを目指すMBA留学生を対象に、実際のビジネス課題に取り組みます。プロジェクトは会社の戦略に直結し、最終的にマネジメントへプレゼンテーションを行います。

主な業務内容

MBAで習得したフレームワークやディスカッションスキルを活用し、課題解決プロジェクトを推進
他部署のステークホルダーと協働し、実務的なビジネスプランを策定
最終プレゼンテーションで提案内容を経営層に報告

求める人物像

MBA在籍または修了予定で、ビジネススキル・リーダーシップを発揮できる方
日本語と英語のビジネスレベル以上の語学力を有する方
マーケティング未経験でも、MBAで学んだ知識を実践したい意欲がある方
