金型製作職是公司制造产品的根基，负责根据图纸进行模具的加工、组装和维护，确保高精度生产。
主要职责
- 依据图纸进行金型的机加工、装配和调试。
- 对金型进行日常维护和检修，保证生产线稳定运行。
- 在制造现场发现问题并提出改进方案，优化加工工艺。
- 与设计部、制造部协作，推动产品质量提升。
任职要求
- 2027年应届毕业生，文科亦可。
- 具备CAD使用经验。
- 对机械加工、装配和维护有兴趣。
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力。
