职位概况
Alcon 在东京招聘眼科渠道的视觉护理销售，负责推动公司创新型硅水凝胶隐形眼镜及数字化销售系统的市场占有率。
主要职责
- 定期拜访眼科诊所和隐形眼镜店，向医生及工作人员推荐产品。
- 推广“生胶硅”隐形眼镜，提升市场份额。
- 介绍并推动新系统 MARLO 的使用，实现销售数字化。
- 进行产品说明、价格谈判、举办产品说明会及支持学术会议。
任职要求
- 持有普通机动车驾驶证。
- 3 年以上销售经验，具备销售、市场分析、销售管理及沟通能力。
- 热爱隐形眼镜产品，能够在团队中协作。
必备技能
- 普通机动车驾驶证。
