职位概况
负责RX Japan展会的核心展商招募及全新展会企划，从零策划并推动项目落地，提升日本产业的展会影响力。
主要职责
- 向国内外企业提供展会参展提案，开展新客户开发。
- 聆听客户业务需求、KPI，制定针对性参展方案。
- 维护已有客户关系，依据展会成果提出二次合作建议。
- 依据市场需求策划并启动全新展会或专题活动。
- 协调内部外部资源，推动展会项目顺利执行。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，5年以上企业级销售经验，具备新客户开发经历。
- 熟悉展会行业或具备展会策划经验者优先。
- 具备结果导向、团队合作及快速学习的能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint、PDF等办公软件。
