職務概要
Box Japanの成長に直結するパートナー営業を担当し、複数の販売パートナーと協働してBoxビジネスを拡大します。パートナーとの関係構築や営業施策の実行を通じて、新規案件創出やパイプラインの拡充を目指します。
主な業務内容
- 複数の販売パートナーを担当し、Partner Business Planや営業施策を策定・実行する
- パートナーの営業担当者との接点を増やし、新規案件やPipelineの創出につなげる
- パートナー向け勉強会、トレーニング、セミナー、共同営業施策などを企画・実行する
- 定例会議やBusiness Reviewを通じて進捗を確認し、次のアクションにつなげる
- Salesforce等を活用してPipelineや案件状況を把握し、必要な営業アクションを実行する
- Direct Sales、Marketing、SE、Customer Successなど社内各部門と連携し、パートナーとのビジネス拡大を推進する
求める人物像
- IT業界でのPartner Sales、Channel Sales、法人営業経験を有する方
- 販売パートナーやSIerとのビジネス経験があり、関係構築を楽しめる方
- 自ら行動し、社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら営業施策を実行できる方
- Salesforce等のCRM活用経験がある方
