Product Management Manager – Commercial Payments

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Commercial Payments in Japan. You will translate regional and global product capabilities into market‑relevant enablement, working closely with sales specialists, fintech partners and enterprise customers to drive adoption of Mastercard’s commercial payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Curate sales and product enablement materials in partnership with SME and Commercial sales leads.
• Enhance Mastercard’s SME business support platforms for the Japanese market.
• Strengthen and tailor Mastercard’s product value proposition to be best‑in‑market.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies and drive penetration across SME and commercial segments.
• Collect and analyse client and market feedback to inform product localisation and enhancements.
• Identify gaps between product capabilities and market needs.
• Collaborate with AP regional teams to align product roll‑outs and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SME and commercial payment environments.
• Strong product thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders across business units, markets and external clients.
• Excellent analytical skills to turn market insights into product improvements.
