职位概况

Cogent Labs 是一家总部位于东京的 AI 初创公司，致力于将 AI 技术落地到实际业务场景。我们正在招聘 QA Engineer，负责 AI 产品全链路的质量保障。

主要职责

参与需求评审、设计评审，提前介入质量控制。
编写并执行手动测试用例，进行探索性测试。
使用 Playwright 实现 UI 自动化测试，维护测试框架。
制定测试计划、测试报告，跟踪发布前后质量指标。
推动持续的质量改进，提出流程优化建议。

任职要求

具备日常工作所需的日语沟通能力，英语口语可接受日常交流。
对质量有强烈的责任感，乐于学习新技术。
能够在多国籍团队中协作，积极参与跨语言沟通。

必备技能

Playwright 自动化测试框架使用经验。
