Senior Manager, Rare Disease Commercial Operations

About the role

Regeneron, a biopharmaceutical company developing medicines for serious diseases, is looking for a Senior Manager Commercial Operations Rare Disease Japan to join its Commercial Operations team. The role supports the Japan business in a hybrid work model, providing proactive commercial operations and analytics support while working with Commercial, Corporate, HR, IT and above-market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer targeting, segmentation analysis and key account planning
• Create insights through reports and presentations to support decisions
• Develop patient cohorts, treatment journey mapping and demand forecasts
• Manage commercial field communications and approval processes
• Maintain customer and activity data through CRM and master data processes
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with HR, IT and key stakeholders
• Support HCP contracting, meetings, events, sponsorships and memberships

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience
• 5 years of global collaboration experience in commercial operations or equivalent
• Understanding of Japan rare disease biopharmaceutical market dynamics, laws and regulations
• Functional field support experience in the Japan market
• Experience in a biopharmaceutical field operations role, particularly in rare disease, is preferred
• Intermediate English and native-level Japanese
