Senior Program Operations Manager

About the role

Airbnb is expanding its Japan team and seeks a Senior Program Operations Manager to help drive growth of the platform in Japan. You will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, align cross‑functional teams, and execute growth programs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data and market insights to build robust growth strategies for the Japan market.
• Operationalize cross‑functional governance and coordinate execution of growth programs such as incentive, sponsorship, and event initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple internal teams, gathering feedback and providing insights for key launches.
• Collaborate with Community, International, Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product, Finance and other teams to align on program goals and execution plans.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy and project management, preferably in tech platforms, hospitality or OTA sectors.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional programs in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Japanese.
