Trade Compliance Coordinator

About the role

This role ensures compliance with regional, local, and U.S. export and import control laws for the movement of goods and services across borders, protecting Arrow from fines and penalties. The coordinator acts as a liaison among internal groups to ensure adherence to trade management and control regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Determine and assign export/import licensing requirements for orders blocked in trade compliance software, escalating when needed.
• Process global supply chain partner reviews, including restricted/denied parties list matches and export compliance certifications.
• Provide shipment clearance instructions for import and export transactions to internal and external contacts.
• Direct external freight forwarders, brokers, couriers, and internal shipping staff on clearance procedures.
