VP - Director, Institutional Sales

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior leader to head its Institutional Sales function. The VP/Director will be the primary point of contact for institutional clients, overseeing the full client lifecycle and driving business growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for institutional clients, delivering high‑quality service, onboarding, account maintenance and reporting.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to support client meetings, investment reviews, due‑diligence and relationship management, aiming to retain and expand existing mandates.
• Lead onboarding of new mandates, coordinating documentation, legal, operations and technology teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee day‑to‑day account administration including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and data management.
• Mentor and develop team members, identify process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic projects that enhance the client service platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management or broader financial services.
• Deep knowledge of investment products, asset‑management operations and institutional investor business.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior‑level client relationships.
• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.
