职位概况
UUUM是一家以支持YouTube创作者为核心的创意管理公司，现招聘经理解财务成员级别，负责公司财务核算、决算及财务流程优化等工作。
主要职责
- 日常凭证录入、记账、银行收支管理。
- 月度、季度、年度决算及审计配合。
- 推动财务系统的导入、改进及自动化。
- 参与会计、税务判断，协调审计机构，重构财务流程。
任职要求
- 具备财务会计工作经验，熟悉决算、披露等流程。
- 能够承担多家公司财务全流程管理。
- 具备团队管理或项目推进经验。
必备技能
- 熟练使用财务会计软件及Excel等办公工具。
