About the role
AVEVA is seeking a proactive Lead Development Representative to join its Tokyo team. In this role you will qualify inbound leads and drive outbound prospecting to create high‑quality sales opportunities for the company’s industrial software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and qualify inbound leads using structured frameworks, ensuring smooth hand‑over to the sales team.
- Build targeted prospect lists, research accounts and decision‑makers, and execute personalized outreach via email, phone and social platforms.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and technical teams to align campaigns, share feedback and support pipeline growth.
- Track pipeline metrics, report on key performance indicators and continuously refine messaging.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead development, sales development or similar B2B roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior industrial buyers.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- CRM proficiency for lead tracking and data hygiene.
