职位概况
日本M&A中心在2023年4月成立“成长战略开发中心”，现招聘M&A顾问，负责上市公司业务部门的剥离、TOB及非上市化等并购项目的全流程支持。
主要职责
- 筛选并接洽潜在并购标的及合作伙伴
- 撰写提案书并进行项目演示
- 进行资本合作方的调研与业务协同分析
- 提供并购中介或FA的执行支持
任职要求
- 具备并购项目的咨询或执行经验
- 熟悉资本市场运作及相关法规
- 具备良好的沟通与谈判能力
必备技能
- 项目管理能力
- 财务分析与模型构建
- 日语及英语商务沟通能力
