Marketing Group Leader (Rexroth Products)

About the role

Help shape how Bosch Rexroth Japan connects its technologies with customers and its growth ambitions through marketing. The company is undergoing an important transformation with strong strategic attention, and marketing plays a key role in this development. The Marketing Group Leader will lead the local team and build a strategic, measurable, and commercially connected marketing approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead & develop the team: guide the Marketing team, build capabilities and set clear priorities and effective ways of working.
• Shape the marketing approach: translate business priorities into a focused marketing plan with defined target audiences, channels, objectives and KPIs.
• Connect Marketing to Sales: collaborate with business‑unit and Sales leaders to ensure Marketing drives customer engagement, lead generation and growth.
• Lead marketing activities hands‑on: own and execute key projects such as trade fairs, exhibitions, campaigns and other strategic initiatives.
• Strengthen digital marketing: expand use of digital channels, CRM, lead automation and performance data.
• Connect Japan & Global: leverage global marketing expertise, tools and content and adapt them effectively for the Japanese market.

Required profile

• Business‑level Japanese and English.
• Strong marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven leadership experience through people management, project leadership or significant cross‑functional responsibility.
• Strong business orientation and ability to align Marketing with commercial priorities.
• Hands‑on mentality and willingness to personally lead and execute marketing activities.
• Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in industrial or technology markets, digital marketing, CRM, lead generation, marketing automation or close collaboration with Sales is an advantage.
