Regional Partner Sales Leader, Pacific Rim

About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Leader for the Pacific Rim to drive growth through its partner ecosystem across Japan, South Korea and the broader Pacific region. Reporting to the VP of Partner Sales, APAC, you will be the primary contract liaison for managed partners and help position AVEVA solutions in high‑value opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Grow business revenue through assigned partner channels in the Pacific Rim.
- Serve as the main contract point for managed partners and ensure compliance with training, certification and policy requirements.
- Add value to sales engagements by articulating AVEVA’s portfolio and aligning offers with customer needs.
- Identify and address partner capability gaps, develop annual business plans, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Escalate and resolve partner and customer issues, and publish monthly performance analyses with recommended actions.
- Maintain liaison with AVEVA programs and policies, ensuring partner adherence to trade, ABC and other compliance standards.
Required profile
- 10–15 years of enterprise‑level software sales and/or partner management experience with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated experience managing channel partners, value‑added resellers and sales teams across the Pacific‑Rim.
- Knowledge of Operations Technology (OT) applications and AVEVA product lines such as PI System, Operations Control and Asset Performance Management.
- Ability to drive subscription‑based ARR through AVEVA FLEX Program.
- Strong organizational skills and a network for cross‑functional collaboration.
