職務概要
ジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソンのオーソペディックス事業本部（トラウマ＆スポーツ事業部）が、全国で整形外科医向けの生体内固定インプラント（外傷製品・人工関節製品）の販売を担当するスポーツセールス職です。業務はセパレーション完了後にDePuy Synthesの従業員として雇用され、同社の雇用体系が適用されます。
主な業務内容
- 整形外科の疾患に対する生体内固定インプラントの販売活動
- 製品の安全適正使用の啓発と、質の高い手術が行われる環境の構築
- 医療従事者のニーズに応える製品提案による価値創造
- 担当テリトリー・病院を持ち、エリアをマネジメントして売上最大化を図る
- 医師への製品紹介、情報提供、手術の打ち合わせと立ち合い、手術中の器械サポート
求める人物像
- 営業経験2年以上、またはその期間に特筆すべき成果がある方
- 医療業界に関する基本的な知識を有している方（整形外科の知識がゼロでも研修で学べます）
- 自動車運転免許を保有している方（業務上車両の運転が必要）
- 医師とのコミュニケーションに臆せず、訪問をこなし、目標達成意欲が高い方
