Sales Analyst - Oncology/Hematology (MR)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Sales Analyst for its Oncology/Hematology sales team in Chiyoda, Tokyo. The role is an entry-to-developing position for an individual contributor working under close supervision, supporting the team to drive business and meet financial targets. It is a salaried position with eligibility for sales incentives and commissions, and requires no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the attainment of established sales goals, including market share objectives.
• Apply knowledge of the sales process, product portfolio and customers to improve sales outcomes.
• Evaluate basic customer, procedural and marketplace data with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve service levels.
• Draft sales reports and documents as needed.
• Develop basic market knowledge to support the Oncology/Hematology sales team.
• Address less complex technical issues and simple customer requests.
• Research trends and turn insights into new opportunities.
