About the role

Join Rogo’s Advisory team in Tokyo to shape AI strategies for the world’s largest financial institutions. You will act as the bridge between enterprise partners and our product, ensuring AI solutions deliver real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage major partnerships and guide financial firms in creating and implementing AI strategies.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion and renewal.
• Collaborate with GTM, product, and engineering teams to align goals and deliver joint solutions.
• Define and track key performance indicators, reporting on partnership success.
• Help secure multi‑million‑dollar contracts and steer generative AI strategy for top financial services firms.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in a front‑office finance role.
• Professional fluency in Japanese and English.
• Outstanding project‑management and communication skills, with a detail‑oriented, action‑oriented mindset.
