Finance Business Partner – Japan & Regional

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead Philips Finance for Japan and an additional district in the region. The role partners closely with senior leadership to provide advanced financial insights, shape strategy and ensure financial considerations are central to key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PH Finance for Japan and an additional district, providing strategic financial guidance.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence business strategy through financial insights, risk identification and opportunity assessment.
• Design and execute sophisticated financial models for market entry, M&A, and new product development.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and systems across the organization.
• Prepare and deliver high‑level financial presentations to executive management and the board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s (or 3 years with a Master’s) in Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, FP&A or related fields.
• Native‑level proficiency in Japanese and business‑level proficiency in English.
