Senior Consultant - Commercial Services

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the implementation and enhancement of its Commercial solutions for life‑science clients in Japan. The role combines project management, solution architecture, and close customer interaction to ensure successful deployments and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, roll‑out, enhancement, and migration projects for Veeva Commercial solutions (CRM, Vault PromoMats, Events Management) for global and domestic clients.
• Deliver workshops, gather requirements, configure, validate, migrate, integrate, train users and support go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with Japan‑based and global teams, ensuring alignment with customers’ global governance.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, Customer Success and other Veeva teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience, with at least 2 years in IT consulting or professional services within a regulated industry.
• Proven experience delivering software implementations, creating workshop and training material, and gathering requirements.
• Ability to work quickly, roll up sleeves, and travel domestically and internationally.
• Business‑level English and fluent Japanese.
