Senior Consultant – Randomization & Trial Supply Management

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join its Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. The role involves writing custom code for RTSM projects and helping life‑science customers accelerate clinical trials and deliver treatments to patients faster.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and understand customer requirements.
• Configure and deliver solution demonstrations.
• Guide customers toward best‑in‑class RTSM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to capture RTSM needs.
• Configure RTSM systems based on those requirements.
• Lead design‑review meetings with customers.
• Code, test, debug, document, and install modified or new RTSM projects.
• Apply Veeva‑specific programming methods to improve execution and performance.
• Provide RTSM expertise and design guidance.
• Ensure program logic integrity and operational controls.
• Maintain knowledge of all RTSM projects, timelines, and development milestones.

Required profile

• 5+ years of RTSM/IRT experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving/analysis skills.
• 4‑year degree or equivalent industry experience.

Required skills

• C# programming.
• ASP.NET framework.
• XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• MSSQL database knowledge.
