Account Manager – Japan Homes

About the role

The Account Manager for Japan Homes will expand Agoda’s supply of non‑hotel accommodations across Japan. You will source new partners, combine on‑the‑ground insights with data analysis, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role is based in the Tokyo office and works closely with regional teams in Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the business through targeted sourcing of new accommodation partners.
• Build trusted relationships with decision‑makers using a consultative approach.
• Report weekly and monthly KPIs and key metrics to showcase successes and identify opportunities.
• Support regional and global leadership in executing scalable initiatives to drive growth.
• Develop a host community network, host events and attend market‑relevant events.
• Prepare materials required for partner meetings.
• Consolidate feedback from hosts to understand product gaps and feature requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Japanese for partner engagement and English for internal communication.
• Experience in B2B sales or similar partner‑facing roles.
• Proven self‑starter who can think out‑of‑the‑box and execute projects autonomously.
• Results‑oriented strategic thinker with strong business development skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities with a collaborative, get‑it‑done attitude.
