Assistant Manager – Private Lessons & Resort Guiding (Hakuba)

About the role

The Assistant Manager supports the Hakuba Location Manager in delivering Rhythm Rides' private lesson and resort‑guiding operations. Working on‑site from November through April, you will ensure smooth daily staffing, lesson allocation and high‑quality guest experiences in a dynamic ski resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of private lessons and resort guiding, reviewing bookings and instructor availability.
• Allocate instructors based on guest goals, language needs, qualifications and operational constraints.
• Provide coverage for the Location Manager during absences, handling routine staffing, guest, compliance and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records, payroll inputs and handover documents.
• Support the instructor team with coaching, training and day‑to‑day leadership.
