evoTrip Host

About the role

The evoTrip Host joins the evoTrip team to deliver high‑quality ski and snowboard experiences across Niseko, Furano and Hakuba. You will act as the friendly face of the brand, ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and excited throughout their multi‑day adventure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, provide briefings, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Serve as the communication hub between guides, guests, lodges, restaurants, and other local providers via in‑person contact and WhatsApp groups.
• Share daily itineraries, lift ticket details, dinner reservations, and transportation plans.
• Coordinate with accommodation partners to relay property information and updates.
• Adjust plans as needed due to weather, guide recommendations, or guest requests.
• Transport guests between the airport and the resort on arrival and departure days.
• Organise lift tickets, join guests for meals, and accompany them on at least one on‑snow day.
• Report any concerns, issues, or improvement opportunities to the evoTrip and Rhythm Rides teams.

Required profile

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Collaborative, flexible, energetic, and curious attitude.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and a self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous customer‑service experience is mandatory.
• Passion for travel, culture and outdoor adventure.
