Resort Coordinator – Seasonal (Hakuba)

About the role

The Resort Coordinator for Rhythm Rides in Hakuba acts as the bilingual liaison between the company and the ski resort. Working seasonally from November to April, you will support guest services, administration and daily operations while ensuring clear communication in both Japanese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local representative for Rhythm Rides, maintaining daily contact with Hakuba resort partners.
• Attend resort meetings, gather and relay relevant information to the Hakuba Location Manager.
• Provide accurate Japanese‑English translation and interpretation for internal and external communications.
• Deliver reliable guest‑service coverage across the seven‑day operation, including peak periods and days off.
• Support onboarding of new staff and assist with initial accident or injury procedures.
• Maintain precise local administration and account records.
• Escalate complex resort, compliance, guest or reputational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Availability for a full‑time seasonal contract (November‑April).
• Ability to work flexibly across guest‑service and operational duties, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
