Corporate Public Relations Officer (Founding Member)

About the role

The AI Robot Association (AIRoA) is a general incorporated association advancing AI and robotics innovation, and its PR team is moving from ad-hoc work to planned, long-term operations. It is looking for a founding member to run daily PR work such as press releases and social media, while helping design the organisation's messaging and build its PR infrastructure from the ground up. The role is hands-on and plays a central part in representing a consortium of corporations, universities and research institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, draft and distribute press releases at a steady pace of 2-3 per month
• Manage owned media, including the official site news and social media accounts (X / LinkedIn)
• Handle media relations and inbound press inquiries
• Define requirements for creative assets and web content such as videos and flyers, working with external vendors on production
• Lead the PR direction and presentation strategy for events and conferences, including booth design
• Build PR infrastructure: media kits, spokesperson profiles, review workflows and core messaging
• Draft and review English materials for global communications, translating complex topics into clear messages with R&D and strategy teams

Required profile

• Proven PR or corporate communications experience (in-house or agency, all years welcome)
• Hands-on experience covering the full cycle of press releases, media relations or social media management
• Ability to write clearly about complex business concepts and technology
• Project management ability to own initiatives from idea to completion
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with R&D researchers and strategy teams

Preferred qualifications

• Experience directing creative, web or video content and managing projects to completion
• PR experience in IT, AI or robotics, or in global communications
• Experience building PR operations from scratch in a startup or consortium
• Owned media, social media campaigns or event planning experience
