Public Relations Manager (International Communications)

About the role

The AI Robot Association, a general incorporated association founded at the end of 2024, promotes the social implementation of AI robots through the development of foundation models. It has received a 20.5 billion yen investment from NEDO by 2029 and aims to complete its foundation model and expand it globally. The association is looking for a Public Relations Manager to lead all PR activities, especially international communications, and to raise the visibility and credibility of its foundation model in academia and business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR activities and communication strategies for domestic companies
• Plan and execute communication strategies for overseas expansion and collaboration with international companies
• Support business development with overseas companies through English-language communication
• Plan and run events for the overseas talent dispatch program starting in 2026, coordinating with travel agencies and partners
• Lead the PR team and handle administrative tasks such as reporting to the board of directors

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications at a company with an IT background, OR 3+ years in a leadership role
• Japanese at native level; English at business level or above
• Primarily office-based in Tokyo, with remote work possible
