Customer Account Specialist

About the role

Analog Devices (ADI), a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Customer Account Specialist in Higashi Shinbashi, Tokyo. The role supports the sales team by managing customer accounts, orders and demand, and contributes to revenue growth through demand forecasting, pricing and process improvements. It is open only to candidates who already hold a valid working visa for Japan, as the company does not provide visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
• Capture and maintain customer demand in the system, and manage order entry and updates carefully.
• Support on-time delivery by spotting and resolving supply gaps early.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues, working independently but with cross-functional teams.
• Take part in demand forecasting, pricing strategies and process improvement.
• Join business reviews with internal and external stakeholders and give data-driven insights to the sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and spoken Japanese and English.
• Ability to handle several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid working visa for Japan; no visa sponsorship offered.
• 10% travel required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience, JLPT N1 or equivalent Japanese, and TOEIC 860 or equivalent English.
