Customer Success Account Manager, Capital Market Signatories

About the role

The Customer Success Account Manager will serve a portfolio of Capital Markets Signatory customers, helping them effectively use CDP’s environmental data, portal, and related resources to achieve their ESG objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary delivery point for Capital Markets Signatory customers, building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, ensure timely and accurate delivery of CDP data, and meet service level agreements for response times and product delivery.
• Guide customers in using the CDP portal, data products, and webinars, and provide best‑practice advice for leveraging financed emissions and nature‑impact disclosures.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing) to resolve issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service expansion.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a related B2B role, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong interest in and understanding of environmental disclosure frameworks, especially financed emissions and nature impacts.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting regulations and current financial market trends.

What we offer

• Salary range ¥4,163,547 – ¥4,522,411 per year.

• Fixed‑term 1‑year contract with hybrid work (2 days onsite per week) at the Tokyo office.
