Director, Global Delivery

About the role

Cygnify is seeking a Director of Global Delivery to lead and expand its Japan delivery team while collaborating closely with the North American headquarters. Reporting to the COO, the role oversees multi‑regional project teams and drives strategic delivery excellence across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring implementations meet company standards and become referenceable.
• Set strategic direction for the Japan vertical, coach and mentor emerging leaders, and allocate resources based on project demand.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, create reusable assets, and drive operational and business metrics.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in partnership with Sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 + years experience in Professional Services with at least 10 years in consulting, ERP implementation (preferably NetSuite), and project management.
• Proven management experience leading multiple teams across different regions and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence, financial performance management and P&L statements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % of the time.
