Driving Chief Product Owner (CPO) – ADAS/Automated Driving

About the role

The Driving Chief Product Owner (CPO) will lead the product strategy for Bosch's ADAS and Automated Driving solutions. You will be responsible for maximizing product value across the entire driving domain, acting as the central bridge between OEM customers, business units, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for driving features such as highway assist and urban driving.
• Own end‑to‑end product scope, approve system requirements and ensure consistency across perception, fusion, planning and vehicle integration streams.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, set clear acceptance criteria and guide development teams in an Agile environment.
• Serve as the primary interface with OEM customers on product topics and align with program management, technical project managers and system architects.
• Coordinate with other CPOs (e.g., Safety, Comfort) to deliver a coherent driving solution.
• Ensure product delivery meets scope, timing and quality targets, making release decisions and managing trade‑offs between performance, cost and time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership for ADAS or automated driving systems.
• Strong ability to translate customer value into system requirements and product features.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning cross‑functional teams.
• Decision‑making mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions.
