Full-Time Key Holder (Store Leader)

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its Kitahiroshima store. The Key Holder drives the business through leadership and ensures a differentiated customer experience, leading a team of associates so that operational tasks and opening/closing routines run smoothly, always keeping the customer at the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop associates
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Present the store and supervise the sales floor
• Protect company assets
• Follow policies and procedures

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Assertiveness and work ethic
• Ability to learn from hands-on practice and attention to detail
• Analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility
• Multi-tasking and stress tolerance
