職務概要

契約書などの法的文書の作成・レビューを効率化するリーガルテック企業「BoostDraft」が、法律事務所や企業法務の実務経験を持つ方を募集しています。導入企業が増え、海外展開が進む中で、実務の知見をプロダクト開発に取り込むため、2人目のメンバーを募集します。原則自宅勤務で、週休2日制です。

主な業務内容

法務実務の工程を論理的に分解し、開発チームと協働して機能要件を定義
実務家からの改善点を提案し、実用性の高い機能開発を牽引
大手法律事務所や企業への導入支援と、定着・継続利用（NPS向上）の主導
業界向けカンファレンスへの登壇やコミュニティ形成、アップセル・クロスセルの推進
組織の構築と人材育成、全社的な法務・ガバナンスの統括
グローバル展開を見据えた利用規約の整備や契約書の審査、法的リスクの管理

求める人物像

法学部・法科大学院等の法学修了（日本・海外問わず）
法律事務所または企業法務での3年以上の実務経験
ビジネスレベル以上の日英双方向のコミュニケーション能力

提供する待遇

正社員・年俸制（固定残業代）、期限の定めなし
試用期間6か月
フルリモート、フレックスタイム、週1回の任意参加のオフィスデー
バーチャルオフィスでの交流と会議
完全週休2日制
