Manager, Marketing - Oncology

About the role

Regeneron is seeking a Manager, Country Marketing, Oncology to join its Commercial Oncology team and support the Japan business in a hybrid work mode. You will lead local oncology brand marketing strategy and execution across commercialised indications and future launches, working with Medical Affairs and the Sales Team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local oncology brand strategy and give input to global brand plans
• Drive brand planning by analysing competition and identifying promotional opportunities
• Partner with Medical Affairs to create an aligned brand strategy
• Deliver external collaborator engagement plans, including national congresses and HCP meetings
• Manage the local promotional budget and spend against approved limits
• Develop customer-focused, differentiated messages for key target audiences
• Collaborate with the Sales Team on Field Plans of Action and communications
• Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, with preference for a science background
• 5+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience
• Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and promotional regulations
• Expertise managing advertising agencies and suppliers and developing annual budgets
• Oncology marketing experience preferred; product launch experience a plus

Required skills

• Excellent planning, prioritization, communication and presentation skills
• Written and spoken English
