Marketing & Digital Communication Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth’s marketing team in Yokohama as a Marketing & Digital Communication Intern. You will help shape the company’s digital presence in Japan, supporting lead generation and channel strategy across web, search and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Bosch Rexroth Japan’s digital channel strategy.
• Assist with online lead generation initiatives across website, search and social media.
• Help set up and optimise marketing automation and lead‑nurturing processes using tools such as HubSpot.
• Participate in planning, executing and analysing Google Ads campaigns.
• Contribute to local event coordination and on‑site execution.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English (required) and Japanese (preferred).
• Enrolled in a university and available for a minimum of 6 months (up to 12 months).
• Willing to work in a hybrid environment (office and home office).
• Proactive, responsible and eager to work in a different culture.
