Marketing & Digital Communication Internship – Japan

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth's marketing team in Japan to help shape the brand’s digital presence. You will support the development of digital channel strategies, lead generation, and local event planning while gaining hands‑on experience in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing the digital channel strategy for Bosch Rexroth Japan.
• Support online lead generation across web, search, and social platforms.
• Help set up and optimise marketing automation and lead‑nurturing processes.
• Participate in Google Ads campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of local events.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English; Upper‑Intermediate Japanese preferred.
• Enrolled at a university for the full internship period (minimum 6 months, up to 12 months).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (office and home).
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to work in a different culture.

Required skills

• Experience with websites and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Ads.
• Understanding of marketing automation tools.
• Social media analytics experience (a plus).
