职位概况
负责日本市场Bosch Rexroth工业机械油压业务的整体运营，制定并执行业务战略，带领团队实现持续的收入增长和高盈利。
主要职责
- 制定并推进产业机械油压业务的业务与销售战略。
- 管理销售部门及油压系统设计、制造团队，提升组织绩效。
- 建立并深化客户关系，开拓新市场。
- 与德国总部业务单元定期汇报，协调全球与日本的战略。
- 定期前往茨城土浦工厂（约每周一次）进行现场沟通。
任职要求
- 具备工业机械领域的业务知识与经验，尤其是业务层面。
- 具备商务级别的英语沟通与谈判能力。
- 日语为母语水平。
