职位概况
在3M负责图形与汽车设计产品的制造技术，支持生产线并推动新工艺。
主要职责
- 负责制造技术支持，保障日常生产顺利进行。
- 新工艺立项、设备条件设定、参数优化。
- 分析不良原因，制定对策，提高良率和生产效率。
- 改造现有设备、导入新设备并推进自动化。
- 与实验室、工程、生产管理等部门协作解决问题。
任职要求
- 大学本科以上，化学、机械或电气等理工科专业。
- 日语母语水平，英语TOEIC约600分以上。
- 持有普通汽车驾驶执照。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
必备技能
- Microsoft Office操作能力。
- 普通汽车驾驶执照。
- 英语阅读与沟通能力（TOEIC 600分以上）。
