负责在横滨总部及日本主要汽车客户现场（栃木、神奈川、爱知等）组建并领导博世驻场工程师团队，推动项目与客户需求对齐，实现高质量交付。
主要职责
- 重组并强化驻场工程师团队，提供技术和专业能力培养。
- 作为博世全球团队与客户工程团队的主要联络人，协调项目目标与时间线。
- 促进组织间沟通，管理问题解决和升级流程。
- 在客户现场建立稳定的本地团队，确保质量、交付和效率。
- 探索并识别业务扩展机会，推动本地化解决方案。
任职要求
- 具备汽车行业背景，熟悉客户研发环境。
- 拥有团队管理或项目领导经验。
- 能够在多文化环境中有效沟通并建立信任关系。
- 具备日语和英语沟通能力。
